Returns and Exchanges
Downright Ltd is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We generally offer refunds on all regular stock items. See our return policy below:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- All returns must be approved and accompanied by a return authorization number provided to you by our support team. Without an RMA reference, refunds will not be granted.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and unlaundered. (Comforters and pillows may not be slept on.)
- It must be sent back in its original form of packaging.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All returns are subject to inspection before credits or replacements are issued.
- Custom and nonstock items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to the following: featherbeds, eiderdown fill, and custom sizes or custom weights.
